We’ve got a small private room available to rent inside Levenshulme Old Library.
The room is bright, quiet and well suited to someone looking for an affordable base in the neighbourhood. It could work as a small office, studio, admin base or simply somewhere to focus and work independently. It’s also available for storage use.
As with the rest of Levenshulme Old Library, the space sits within a community-run arts and heritage building used by local organisations, artists, residents and community groups throughout the year. We know that affordable workspace is increasingly difficult to find, particularly for small organisations, freelancers and creative practitioners, so we’re keen to make the room available at a manageable rate.
Rates are:
- £200 per month for storage use
- £250 per month for office use
The rent includes heating, electricity and access to shared facilities.
