We are currently taking bookings for our Autumn Print Fair.
This will take place 10-4pm on Sunday 29th October at Levenshulme Old Library. The fee is £25 per stall which includes a table and whatever promotion we can provide. We’re not taking payments at this stage – completing the below form is an expression of interest and once we confirm bookings we’ll send through a payment link to everyone who’ll be trading on the day.
Prior to the event we’ll need to see evidence of public liability insurance with cover of at least £5 million from all those trading (if you’ve not got this, let us know – acquiring it is a pretty simple process).
To apply please complete the below form, attaching images of your work so we have an idea of the kind of items you’re planning to sell.
For the purposes of this event, ‘print’ means any kind of artistic image which can be sold: photography, illustrations, graphic designs, collages. We welcome traders selling other items alongside these. This event will also be part of our Halloween programming, so spookiness is very much encouraged.
In addition to the below, we’re also offering a small number of free stalls for local emerging artists who are from low income backgrounds and are keen to explore retailing their work. There’s no formal application form for this, instead just drop us a line and we’ll see what we can do.
The funds raised from this event will go into our LOL Art Clubs programme, the weekly creative sessions we run here at LOL which are free to attend and open to anyone to attend. You can find out more about The LOL Art Clubs here.
