Levenshulme Old Library are seeking a new Finance, HR and Operations Manager
We are seeking an organised, experienced and proactive team member to help manage our back-office functions. Working part-time and flexibly from our building and from home, you will need to have excellent financial management skills, experience of HR and able to manage our hires and bookings.
A passion for the role of arts and culture for building a strong Levenshulme community would be a bonus. Flexibility, a friendly and approachable manner and experience of similar organisations will be especially valuable.
The role will require you to work with the Levenshulme Old Library (LOL) management team, to deliver professional accounting services, support day to day operations in the building and to provide proactive, professional Human Resource support. Includes financial management (e.g. preparing financial reports; managing cash-flow), HR and reporting policies, and managing bookings, invoicing and bills.
We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.

- Initially 18 hours (approx. 2.5 days) per week, Flexible.

- Location: At least 2/3rds working from Levenshulme Old Library, with option to work the remainder flexibly from home.
- Occasional evening meetings.
