We’re hiring a part time building coordinator

Due to our increasingly busy building LOLCIO are now seeking to recruit a new member of our team, to help manage day to day activities in the building, help us connect to our community and support the trustees in their oversight role.

This will be a part time role, totalling 21 hours per week, 14 of which will be based in the building on a daily (weektime) basis, and the remainder flexible, including some evenings and weekend working.

Being proactive, experience of working within a similar organisations, a calm and organised approach and an ability to problem solve under your own initiative are the key attributes we are seeking. A good knowledge of our local community is a bonus.
