Rage Replacement Service

Are you menopausal or peri-menopausal supporting someone in your life who is?

Have you found yourself experiencing rage, confusion and exhaustion?

Next month, join us for Rage Replacement Service where poet Lisa O’Hare will help you replace those feelings with creativity. She will lead a free workshop for people to find a artistic outlet to express the experience of the (peri)menopause through. Bring your own paper, pens, laptops, watercolours, knitting – whatever gets your creativity flowing – and replace your rage in a safe place together.

Lisa is a poet experiencing peri-menopause. She started writing in her early 40s and has since performed with the BBC, Edinburgh Fringe and Factory International, among others, and is currently a co-host of Manchester spoken word night Verbose. This workshop is free but booking is required and donations are welcome.
