We are thrilled to announce the launch of two exciting new choirs at Levenshulme Old Library, both led by singer and choir director, Yemi Bolatiwa.
Before officially launching in September, we’re inviting young singers to a couple of special one-off sessions before the summer holidays. This is a great opportunity for your child to meet Yemi, experience the joy of singing together, get a taste of what’s to come and feedback what they want to get out of their local choir.
These will be a playful, open and fun singing sessions with social games, basic singing techniques and vocal warm up exercises, all using upbeat classics and pop hits.
- Date: Tuesday 16th July
- Times: Children’s Choir, 4:00pm-5:00pm / Youth Choir, 5:00pm-6:00pm
- Location: Levenshulme Old Library
Spaces are limited, and a children’s choir is something we’re often asked about, so we’d recommend booking your space asap. If you’re unable to meet the costs, some free spaces are available – just drop Yemi a line to find out more.
