Join us for a very special activity day we have lined up as part of Levolution!, our programme of events and activities celebrating activism and protest in the community.
This is a family friendly event where everyone is invited to get creative with our hands-on activities:
Create eye-catching banners Design unique badges Craft your own zines Our oral histories team will also be present to capture and preserve your recollections of our building from when it was a working library. Come down, share your stories and be part of our living history. And you can also view our Levolution! exhibition. Come browse the images and objects that tell the story of Levenshulme and the wave of protests which swept through our neighbourhood in 2013 as local residents came together to fight for our community. .Join us for a day of protest, play, and community engagement. Together, we can make a difference!
