Levenshulme Old Library CIO (LOL) is a vibrant and inclusive community hub. Originally the local public library, we have transformed this historic Carnegie building into a dynamic space that serves as a creative and cultural hub for the local community, and continue to improve our service and offering.

We provide a range of programmes, workshops, events and other opportunities to engage individuals of all ages and backgrounds. As a growing organisation, we are committed to creating a nurturing and supportive environment for our staff and community alike.

 About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Finance and HR Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a new role that will play a pivotal function in managing the financial aspects of our arts centre, as well as overseeing our HR functions.

This is not a standard office role: it is an opportunity to work for a grassroots community charity with a team of local residents passionate about using the arts to support the needs in our area and beyond.

As an employer, we are keen to offer a degree of flexibility in the working hours in order to accommodate our team’s personal responsibilities and commitments.

About You

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the relevant skills and experience and be enthusiastic about supporting the growth and development of our artistic initiatives. As an employer we are supportive of those with caring/parenting responsibilities.
