We have achieved our target of £3000 for the outside areas of Levenshulme Old Library. We want to thank everyone who supported us. Over 85 people pledged money during the Aviva crowdfunder which ran from March to August 2020. We got so many large, and many many small donations. Thank You!!
We’re now working on our outdoor space. Neil, our caretaker and willing volunteers have been removing small elder trees, overgrown rhododendron bushes and privet that had taken over the rear of the building in preparation for future improvements. When complete we’ll have almost doubled this useable space.
We are actively seeking quotes to install a gazebo, safety fencing, raised beds and other improvements. Watch this space!
