Who supports us and how to support us

An appeal for help tomorrow Friday 16th Feb

Can you spare some time on Friday 16th Feb (tomorrow) between 12am and 6pm? We’ve around 20 desks and shelves that need to be dismantled and as the saying goes, many hands make light work! They are going to be re-homed with Chatterley Whitfield – Chatterley Whitfield Friends, so we’re pleased to see them getting a new lease of life.

If you are able to bring some tools along, that would be a great help. We are looking for any of the following:

Small rubber hammer
Large crosshead screwdiver
Smaller crosshead screwdriver
Electric Screwdriver
10mm or 12mm ratchet nut spanner

Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided, plus a chance to have an early peak inside the beautiful Old Library building.

Think you’d like to help? Great! Please let us know by replying to this email and letting us know when you can join us.

We would also like to take this opportunity to invite you to our Open Door Celebration from 4pm on Fri 23rd of February.

Without our sponsors and supporters we couldn’t do what we’re doing at Levenshulme Old Library. The CIO, occupants, users and friends are truly in awe of our supporters for helping us every step of the way on a long journey.
